How do I assign licenses to users?
Licenses are automatically assigned to your users in the order they sign in to Cirrus Insight. Simply have your new users install Cirrus Insight. You can switch licenses between Cirrus Insight users through the License Management Dashboard.
How do I add more licenses to my subscription?
You can add more licenses to your subscription by purchasing through our website or through the License Management Dashboard. Additional licenses will be prorated to align with your subscription.
How do I update my billing information?

How do I install Cirrus Insight across my organization?
You can have each user install Cirrus Insight from our website, or you can set a Chrome browser policy to automatically install Cirrus Insight across your organization. Learn more.
How do I get a nonprofit discount?

How do I get volume discounts?
Volume pricing is available for the purchase of 20+ licenses on an annual subscription. Simply enter the number of licenses to calculate volume pricing for your organization.
How do monthly subscriptions work?
You will be automatically charged on a monthly basis for a monthly subscription. If you don’t want to renew your subscription, you can cancel at any time.
How do yearly subscriptions work?
You will be automatically charged on a yearly basis for a yearly subscription. Don’t worry, we will email you each year to remind you of your upcoming renewal. If you don't want to renew your subscription, you can cancel at any time.
